Paul and Carol Jackman (from Hodgson Caterers) welcome you to the Catering Section of the Bearsted Golf Club Website.

We provide the "In-House" Catering at Bearsted Golf Club, for the members and their invited guests, plus visiting teams, societies, and green fee visitors.

With our staff, we provide excellent service and high quality meals and snacks at very reasonable prices.

A Bar Menu is provided all day on Mondays to Saturdays, supplemented by Soups and a Specials Board for lunches.

A pre-bookable Carvery Lunch is provided each Sunday lunchtime.

Breakfast (or bacon rolls, etc) is provided on Saturday mornings from 7.30 am to 9.30 am, & Sunday mornings from 7.00 am to 9.30 am.

Our halfway hut is in use for hot and cold snacks and drinks each Saturday and Sunday mornings from approximately 10 am until noon.

Pre-bookable "Theme Nights" and "A La Carte" Restaurant evenings are regularly provided.

Catering is provided for all club or members Events.

All food orders are taken behind the bar, and catering is available as follows, except where pre-arranged otherwise with the Secretary -

Summer (1 April to 30 September)

Monday to Friday -10.00 am to 6.00 pm, except Wednesdays only till 8.30 pm.

Saturday - 7.30 am to 5.00 pm

Sunday - 7.00 am to 5.00 pm

Winter (1 October to 31 March)

Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Saturday - 7.30 am to 5.00 pm

Sunday - 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Food is generally ordered and paid for at the bar. Bookings for food events are also taken at the bar. Any time the bar or catering staff are not visible behind the bar, please ring the buzzer or bell on either bar - and the catering staff will respond to you.

Note - Regardless of Catering hours, coffee and tea are available at all times from the machine located in the Spikes Bar alcove.

Note - Bearsted is a private members club. Non-members may not use our facilities unless they are the guest of a member, or - if they are with a visiting team; are Green Fee Visitors; or are with a pre-booked Society.

Members are responsible for their guests at all times, and are expected to ensure beforehand that their guests will be complying with our strict dress code.
